Becky Dellinger – Fitness Instructor
Becky is both a nationally certified group exercise instructor and a personal trainer. She has been certified for group fitness exercises for the past 18 years through NDEITA. She is married and has one daughter. Becky’s favorite quote: Exercise- “you don’t have time not to.”
Maria Yolanda Robles – Yoga Instructor
Maria has been with us since 2010, first as a member, then as a Yoga instructor. Although she can teach many other types of yoga, she enjoys teaching beginners yoga the most. Her goal is to teach people with different needs, physical or emotional.
Maria was part of different Amateur Folkloric Dance Companies for 20 years. She’s been working with Catawba County School system for about 10 years. She is a bilingual specialist, has her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Mexico, and her N. C. Teaching License for k-12 Spanish and K-12 ESL. She is proud of her two daughters and her first granddaughter.
Dancing is part of her life and encourages others to lift their souls as well their bodies, as she always says: “Life shouldn’t be too serious, so let it go, let it God, and dance.”
Michelle Williams – Group Exercise
Michelle has been AFAA certified since 1995 and began teaching group exercises that same year. Michelle has taught at the YMCA, local churches, and a couple of civic groups. She is happily married and the mother of three grown independent children. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Lenoir-Rhyne College and is employed for Catawba County in Information Technology. Her passion is motivating people to work out or just move. She believes that mobility allows people to remain independent.
Tammy Williams – Spin Instructor
Tammy brings lots of experience to Perfect Workout gym. She has been teaching for over 18 years and currently is certified in Cycle, Bootcamp, Zumba, Penalty Box, Body Pump, Body Flow. Kim loves being outdoors cycling and spending time with friends and family.
Dee Sawyer – Spin Instructor
Dee Sawyer brings a passion for fitness and helping others to achieve their goal. She is the founder of Sistas on the Run that focused on women being physically active. Her favorite quote: If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you.
Maria Phillips – Step Aerobic Instructor
Maria is a certified Xtreme Hip Hop Step instructor who enjoys being active and having fun all at the same time. Maria is a single parent who is blessed with a beautiful daughter. She is also active with her In Action Service League (LIA) Service League as Marketing Coordinator for Ladies. The mission is “To empower youth and young adults to make a difference in the world.”
Dawn Dewitt – Zumba Instructor
Dawn has been certified since 1999 as a personal trainer and AFFA group fitness. She became a licensed Zumba instructor and began teaching Zumba Fitness classes in 2008. She holds licenses in several different formats of Zumba including Toning, Step, Sentao, Aqua Zumba, and Strong Nation by Zumba. She has hosted many community events, parties, demos and Zumba fundraisers.
Kim Miller – Silver Sneakers Instructor
Kim is a certified SilverSneakers instructor in Classic, Yoga, and EnerChi. Since 2012 she has enjoyed helping members in their health and fitness journey. Married to Roy for 30 years with two sons and 5 grandchildren.
Dakotah Ledford – Personal Trainer
Dakotah is a father of two sons, and has been providing private personal training for 14+ years. When he is not in the gym Dakotah is most likely gaming with his boys or working on a DIY project.

Chris Payne – Personal Trainer
Chris graduated from Mars Hill University with a double concentration in health and wellness promotion and coaching education. Chris is a people person whose goal is to help everyone he can meet and exceed their fitness goals.

Sacha Sanniota – Personal Trainer
Sacha is a NASM certified personal trainer who has have been training for over 7 years. As a trainer she is someone who is very encouraging and loves to help others realize what they thought was impossible, possible.
Lamar Tillison – Boot Camp Instructor/Personal Trainer
Lamar has been teaching BOOTCAMP classes for 10+ years and is also a certified personal trainer. His passion is to help gym-goers feel motivated to stay accountable and work to achieve their fitness goals. His boot campers attest that while Lamar pushes them to new limits in his group exercise classes, he always finds a way to make exercise fun.
Ginger (01/14/2006-04/01/2022) – Mascot
Ginger was Perfect Workout Gym’s Mascot and loyal door greeter. She was a Certified Therapy dog and was always around to give you a little extra motivation for your workout.
